Northern Woods Farm hot cross buns are a semi-sourdough, using a blend of white and wholemeal flour and filled with juicy raisins soaked in Lady Grey tea, mixed peel and spices and lemon zest.
Sold in packs of 4 – best enjoyed as fresh as possible. After 2 days they will be better toasted!
