Filled with juicy cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion and topped with Maldon sea salt and olive oil, this focaccia has a crisp, chewy, salty exterior and a soft, bubbly crumb. The perfect accompaniment to a weekend lunch. Sold as a 20cm square loaf.
As with all our bread, it is best enjoyed fresh and within at least 3 days of collection. You can refresh this loaf by wrapping it in foil and reheating for a few minutes in a medium oven.
